In my defence, it's cold, wet, miserable and I also had this jar of scummy (scRummy!!) j am that's been sitting in the cupboard for aaaaages (alright, it was part of a Christmas hamper) and I just looked at it and thought...Victoria sponge. And then I remembered I still had some raspberries in the freezer from last summers PYO. It was meant to be!
That was last evening...this is what it looked like first thing this morning...I don't think it'll see the day out. And there's only two of us in the house.
